A very special FESTIVAL OF SPIRIT and conference – BEING HEALTHY
A unique event supported by volunteers and dear friends who are passionate about loving-kindness to humanity and our environment . Our gracious venue the Abbotsford Convent compliments the theme of the festival with its peaceful, healing and care.
The FESTIVAL will appeal to every member of the family who is interested in living a healthier lifestyle or just wishing to have fun.
Conference section
For the dedicated individual interested in learning more about health, healing, inner peace for self and the environment. Suitable for everyone. Sections of the conference will be set aside throughout the weekend for a deeper learning and Healing Experience to appeal to the health practitioner and student.
Exhibition and Demonstrations
Apart from a deeply learning experience, I have organised a lighter side for those interested in a more festive and relaxing experience. There will something interesting for both children and adults. This area will cater to those who are interested in learning more about health, and healing for themselves and the environment or just having a fun relaxing day out. Here will be healers to relax you, and clairvoyant readers and fun entertainment

Speakers/Facilitators, Schools and Groups participating
There will be over 250 highly respected speakers/facilitators, groups, participating in this conference, workshop and demonstration areas; from orthodox medicine, quantum physics through to metaphysical and to the gifted healer and individual. This list is extensive.
The Steiner school are participating
Our Aboriginal community will teach and display their culture through story telling, performing arts, boomerang and didgeridoo and Art displays. We are privileged to have an aboriginal children’s choir performing.
One of our very special guest speakers is: Professor Ian Brighthope
Professor Brighthope specialises in Nutritional and Environmental Medicine, with particular interest in heart disease, psychiatric disorders, the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, arthritis, asthma, food and chemical sensitivities, auto-immune disease, diabetes and cancer. The antioxidant clinic under his management is the only one of its kind in Australia.
Prof. Ian Brighthope has written 5 popular books; Sleep Without Drugs and Fighting Fatigue to name a couple, and he is listed in the International Authors and Writers Who’s Who.
In 2001 he was awarded The Lady Cilento Award by the Complementary Healthcare Council of Australia.
Judy Jacka, Naturopath
During the past 30 years Judy has practiced as a naturopath and also been Principal and then Chairperson of the Southern School of Natural Therapies, published 9 books on healing including bestsellers A-Z of Natural Therapies and Meditation the Most Natural Therapy, facilitated Esoteric Healing workshops in Australia, New Zealand, Greece and Holland, plus involvement with government enquiries into Natural Therapies.
In her clinic at Park Orchards she uses a synthesis of minerals, vitamins, herbs, homeopathy, Bowen therapy and Esoteric Healing for a wide range of problems. Her aim is to help clients re-create their lives.
Julian Swinnerton acclaimed contemporary cellist and Paul Davies will play on this weekend. They design and make their own range of instruments from the finest tone woods. This range string instruments include Baroque and Classical models through to modern designs such as semi-acoustic and electric violin family.
There will be acupuncture, ayurvedic medicine, Astrology, Astro Synthesis, Herbal medicine, Aura Soma, Intuitive-Metaphysical Counselling in the New Age, Craniofascial therapy, Sacred Geometry, Feng Shui, The Magic within you and more.
The program for the conference will be displayed by the end of August.
